Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

How is this different from what we already do?

Most programming fills time. What communities often lack is content that works for everyone involved: residents who use it, families who trust it, staff that can deliver it without extra work, and leadership that can point to meaningful outcomes.
Our Keeping Form Program focuses on the wellness areas that matter most for Aging in Place, such as quality of life, physical health, nutrition, safety, and family communication. It gives your team a structured program with purpose, not just another activity.

How much staff time does this require?

This program is designed to fit real adult living schedules.
It may take up to 60 minutes combined for the whole month, from reviewing materials to running the activities.

What's in it for your residents?

Residents want to have a meaningful aging-in-place experience.
The Keeping Form Program is designed so that they discover ways to live happier, safer, and with more purpose.
Our top priority is ensuring they have the highest quality of life.

What's in it for their families?

Families appreciate knowing their loved one is participating in meaningful, wellness-focused conversations.
Each month, they receive practical tools to stay connected, things to try, topics to bring up, and what to look for during visits.

What's the investment?

The base price is $200 USD each month.
Pricing may vary depending on community size and the number of locations. Adjusted pricing for your community is available.

Do we need clinical staff to run this?

No. This is general wellness education only, not clinical care.

What training does my staff need?

None. Our guides make it easy for any staff member to lead the program.
Each activity includes a full script and clear steps, so no preparation or experience is required.

What type of setting is this program designed for?

Currently, Independent and Assisted Living Communities.
Skilled Nursing and Memory Care will be a part of our future programming.

Is this evidence-based?

Yes. Our programs are developed using real-world experience and backed by expertise from a licensed PTA and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. All programming is thoroughly researched and supported by resources such as the National Council on Aging, AARP, and National Institute on Aging.
